Please note that we require security staff at all events, and a TABC-certified bartender is required for all events where alcohol is to be consumed or served. These services must be contracted through Willow Lake Event Center and are at additional cost over the basic rental fee. Please also note that Willow Lake Event Center is strictly a Do-It-Yourself event venue. In order to keep our pricing so affordable, customers must provide their own decorating, seating setup, catering, entertainment, and post-event cleanup services. However, we do keep a short list of outside vendors whom customers can contact on their own to arrange for many of these services.

We are a family-owned and operated Do-It-Yourself Event Venue, offering you the choice of two separate and distinct indoor/outdoor Venues — the Rustic Barn and our Romantic Garden Hall. Each venue has a climate-controlled building and is complete with an outside Gazebo and Dance Floor with a DJ/Bandstand and a Bar. Our staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and assists with the planning of your special event!

We now offer our Wedding Ceremony Package for those who require a beautiful venue for the wedding ceremony itself, without a reception afterwards or kitchen access. Your ceremony can be held at either the Gardens or Barn venues, indoors or out, and you have the use of the dressing rooms. You are welcome to bring your photographer. The cost is $200 for 1.5 hours, and you can reserve extra time at $100 per hour beyond the initial 1.5 hours. PLEASE NOTE that your reservation must be made no earlier than 2 months before the date you desire. Call us for further details and to reserve your date and time!
